Delete Your PlayPBNow Account
PlayPBNow (com.mcallpl.playpbnow) — how to permanently delete your account and associated data.
Delete from within the app (fastest)
- Open the PlayPBNow app and sign in.
- Go to the Groups tab and tap the gear icon (top right) to open Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete Account.
- Enter your password and confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately.
You can also open the Help tab, choose Delete My Account under Privacy & Legal, and tap the Delete My Account button there — it does the same thing.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you:

with the subject
"PlayPBNow Account Deletion Request."
We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days (typically much sooner).
What is deleted
- Your account and login credentials (email/phone, password).
- Your profile, player records, match history, and any match photos you shared.
- Your beacons, lobbies, chat messages, and invites.
- Subscription records are removed from our systems; billing history retained only as legally required by the app store / payment processor.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
